Spinningfields glamour meets traditional weekend indulgence

Sunday Lunch is a classic. And when BLVD put their signature flavours with the weekend roast, it’s a real standout.

Everything is pure quality with BLVD’s unmistakeable Eastern influence, with chef Aaron Lee at the helm.

Dry-aged beef, roasted in wasabi, honey and Dijon may sound like a surprising combo, but when you take into account that wasabi is actually a relative of horseradish, then that fiery hit makes perfect sense. It certainly tastes amazing.

The salt ‘n’ pepper roasted chicken is another popular Sunday satisfier, marrying juicy roasted chicken with the flavours of ginger, chilli, garlic and lemongrass.

Forget nut roast. Vegetarians are treated to crispy roasted cauliflower Massaman-style.

The only problem with the Sunday Lunch at BLVD is deciding what to order. Everything comes with all the trimmings: roast potatoes, maple sesame parsnips, citrus poached carrots, squash puree, seaweed cabbage, rich gravy and rustic Yorkies. It’s a dilemma, but it’s a delicious one.

You could enjoy all of this with our competition to win Sunday Lunch for two at BLVD.
