The chef’s choice menu at The Lowry Hotel changes every month so whenever you dine, you can be assured that the food is utterly of the moment. Whichever ingredients are at their perky, most perfect best, you’ll find them on the menu.

You could enjoy two courses of exquisite cooking with a bottle of house wine in one of the city’s most special occasion restaurants. A meal at The Lowry Hotel always feels like a treat.

Standout April dishes include Spanish morcilla with asparagus, Burford Brown egg and paprika mayonnaise as well as poached roulade of plaice with smoked salmon, samphire, heirloom baby tomatoes and chive butter sauce.

It’s the opposite of street food, it’s seat food, where you sit down and enjoy the whole grown-up dining experience.
