From colour-changing to botanical and even frozen, Impossible gins are pretty special…

IT’S perhaps best known for mindboggling theatrical shows and sense of occasion, but Impossible has another trick up its sleeve: gin.

Venture upstairs into its sumptuous mezzanine ‘Gin Nest’ and you’ll find a spirited menu spanning Kuro (a Japanese-inspired fusion containing twelve botanicals) to Sharish Blue Magic (a fruity Portuguese concoction which turns pink with tonic) and the Dutch Rutte 1872 Celery (perfect for a Bloody Mary).

Impossible even has a cryogenic freezer - one of only three in the world - which can freeze any alcohol at minus 74 degrees. Want to ‘eat’ your drink instead? Well, here you can.

Log fires, fur pelts and the choice of over 60 gins - what better winter tonic? Talking of which, there’s a large selection of those too, not to mention some delectable cocktails.

In the unlikely occasion you tire of those, you’ll find plenty of other booze too: from champagne to cider, beer and wine.

Fancy £100 to spend on this lot? What are you waiting for…
